Bread Recipe

I am the bread, I am your aliment, I offer myself to you. 

Take me and understand me as you wish. 

Your judgments will be like a mirror, as I am hidden beneath the shield of soil, clay and endless tears of those who were before me and who are yet to come. 

I am the fertiliser of your bodies, I am the warmth of your insides, I make love to your cells, and they spread around your bodies, endlessly multiplying. 

Swallow my body full of joy, as we reach unity, and physicality takes a fluid form in nothingness. 

And in nothingness lies the truth.

In this performance I am once again asking myself and the recipient whether my body is truly mine. Is it a common good? Does it have a value? If it’s truly to be shared, then know that I let you swallow my body with joy and it will fertilizes yours.
